2026 Midwest Women's Sailing Conference

Join us for keynote speaker Pam Rice.  Pam is a designer and author/illustrator of children's books. She was the first African American woman skipper at Jackson Park Yacht Club and served on their board for 10 years. Recognizing the need, she founded BlackChicagoSailors.org in 2006, a virtual organization that connected both men and women sailors. She is a current board member at the Chicago Maritime Museum.

Conference attendees will:

• Select four classroom and/or hands-on sessions to learn, discuss, and explore sailing topics that interest you. 
• Meet and connect with instructors from throughout the country who share their stories and expertise.
  
• Experience the energy of being in a room with over 100 other women sailors who are passionate about being on the water.
• Join us and fellow women sailors and friends for hors d'oeuvres Friday night and/or our Sunday Brunch Sip and Paint.
• Bid on silent auction items selected just for you.
• Enjoy great food (and maybe a drink or two).
• Take home a loaded swag bag and a day full of knowledge, memories, and new friends.
